Send enough detail to locate the issue
Include your name, account email, order number when relevant, the screen or action involved, and the time the problem occurred. Do not email a password, MFA code, approved-device credential, refresh token, or account-deletion link. Send customer data or order files only when they are necessary for the request.
Account deletion
Eligible customer and factory users can delete an account in the application. If sign-in is unavailable, the secure external deletion page can send a confirmation link when production account-email delivery is operating. If email delivery is unavailable, the page says so and support can help with the next step. The privacy and retention notice explains which account-specific data is erased and which shared business records can remain.
