Service and authorized accounts
Virani investments LLC operates the PW Customs private workspace for customer stores, PW Customs staff, and assigned factory teams. Use the service only through an account created for or issued to you. Keep credentials, MFA codes, approved-device credentials, and deletion links private. Provide accurate account, order, production, and shipping information.
Organizations, roles, and team administration
Access is scoped by account role and by customer store or factory membership. A customer-store administrator can add or manage store members and can permanently erase another member of that same store. That erasure removes the member’s account-specific data but does not remove shared store records as described in the privacy notice. A factory owner can manage its roster and remove a member’s access; roster removal is separate from the member’s self-service account deletion.
Only grant a role or permission to a person authorized to perform that work. A factory receives real customer delivery details only when its role includes the shipping-read permission.
Order workspace
The service records briefs, specifications, reference files, CAD versions, messages, replies, approvals, revision requests, production updates, quality checks, and shipping information. Actions taken through an authorized account are recorded as actions of that account or its store or factory. Review order details, files, recipients, and approvals before submitting them.
Shared content and confidentiality
Order and chat content is shared with the people needed for the workflow: members of the customer store, authorized PW Customs staff, and the assigned production team according to role and stage. Do not place unrelated secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, or another person’s information in an order or chat unless it is necessary for the order and you are authorized to provide it.
You are responsible for having permission to upload and use the briefs, images, videos, audio, documents, CAD, contact cards, and location information you submit. These operational terms do not decide ownership of a customer design, CAD, or other intellectual property; any such terms must be agreed separately.
Acceptable use and account security
Do not upload malicious or prohibited files, probe or access another account or organization, evade role or request limits, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, alter workflow records without authority, or use the service for unsolicited communications. PW Customs may revoke sessions, remove device access, or deactivate an account when needed to protect the service or respond to misuse.
Transactional communications
The service may send account verification, password-reset, account-deletion, and customer order-status messages needed to operate an account or order. Transactional SMS requires a recorded opt-in when that channel is enabled. The account-email channel is not intended for purchased lists or unsolicited marketing.
Privacy, retention, and deletion
Data categories, visibility, retention schedules, and the different effects of customer, store, factory-member, and factory-owner deletion are described in the privacy and retention notice. Eligible customer and factory users may begin deletion through the app. The external deletion page can send a confirmation link when production account-email delivery is operating and reports when that path is unavailable. Shared business records can remain after one account is deleted.
Commercial order terms
This workspace coordinates work but these website terms do not establish an order’s price, payment schedule, refund or cancellation rights, delivery promise, warranty, or ownership of designs and CAD. Those terms must be agreed separately for the order.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, security work, provider outages, or emergency controls may temporarily affect availability or file and message delivery. Material changes to these terms will be published here with a new effective date.
